This exhibition in the upper galleries features a wide variety of artworks that come from the Barnabas Archives plus work from current artists based in Robbins Lane Studios.

Other works are from artists that have previously exhibited at Barnabas Arts House. All artwork is for sale. This exhibition continues throughout December & January. New additions & changes to this exhibition will continue throughout.

Throughout January, Barnabas Arts House are offering 10% reduction on all original works for sale.

Barnabas are pleased to announce that Carmela will be running Taiji Qigong classes on Friday mornings in the lower hall.

Sessions are designed to promoted relaxation and wellbeing. Suitable for all ages – no experience is necessary.

* Please note that Qigong is not suitable during pregnancy.

 

Classes are starting on Friday 19 January.

Mindfulness is a faculty that remains dormant if neglected. If cultivated, it leads to a limitless development of our human potential. 

‘Midweek Mindfulness Meditation’ at Barnabas is for those who wish to deepen their mindfulness practice.

These sessions will be guided by Philomena, our resident wellbeing coach & mindfulness practitioner.

Spaces limited, so please book in advance – £35 for 5 sessions* or £8 for each individual session.

* The next 5 sessions are on 10, 17, 24, 31 January & 7 February 2018
