    This exhibition features work from 14 artists who are all part of Cardiff Drawing Group.

    The Cardiff Drawing Group is an informal network of artists who love to draw. We are busy individuals with an enthusiasm for drawing in the company of others whenever possible. We have no committee and the only paperwork involved is sketchbooks!

     By spreading organisation and responsibility throughout the group, with everyone doing their bit, we keep things simple, collaborative, energetic and focused on drawing.  Involvement in C.D.G. is entirely self-selecting – we’re all really busy – and we do what we can, when we can.

    We come from all kinds of backgrounds; amateur and professional. Just a bunch of people who like to draw and enjoy good company. It is our belief that drawing is the foundation for all art practices. Whatever your ‘skill’ level, you are welcome to join us. The point of the group is to encourage people to draw, to talk and to think about it.

    Class are taught by BAH resident therapist & yoga teacher, Mia (Cosmic Health Therapies & Yoga)

    ‘Yoga teaches us a mindful awareness of our bodies, breathing & how to relax through practices such as yoga nidra’

    Yoga is not just about doing poses.  You do not have to be bendy or super fit. 

    You  also learn breathing and relaxation techniques which can help you de-stress and unwind.
