I am a certified HeartMath Coach using science-based techniques to build personal resilience through emotional and energy management training.

A Reiki Master Teacher, I combine reiki with sound-healing to create a deeply relaxing and transformative experience for the client. I use Tibetan singing bowls and vibrational healing forks which are incredibly effective for stress reduction and meditative relaxation.

Another of my favourites in dealing with stress and anxiety is Emotional Freedom Technique, known as EFT tapping. I am certified practitioner both in EFT and Matriix reimprinting.
