All abilities are welcome – although it is recommended you join the 6 week beginner course if you haven’t practiced yoga before.

8.00am – 9.00am – Beginners Yoga
9.30am – 10.30am – Vinyasa Flow
6.30pm – 7.30pm – Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa classes are £7 or £35 for a block of 6 / Beginners course is £45 for a 6 week period
