Introduction to Mindfulness - starting on Tuesday 27th June - 7.00-8.30pm
Mindfulness is a faculty that remains dormant if neglected. If cultivated, it leads to a limitless development of our human potential.
These five sessions are suitable to those who are completely new to mindfulness or those who are simply curious.
