Midweek Mindfulness – starting on Wed 28th June – 7.00-8.30pm
Mindfulness is a faculty that remains dormant if neglected. If cultivated, it leads to a limitless development of our human potential.
‘Midweek Mindfulness at Barnabas’ is a 5 week course for those who wish to deepen their mindfulness practice.
These sessions will be guided by Philomena, our resident wellbeing & mindfulness practitioner.
