Janet Martin, owner of BAH, is not renowned for bragging, but she would like to make this occasion an exception. Having been to London to see ‘No Human is Illegal’, a piece of drama devised by her younger daughter, Katy Arnell, she urges you not to miss out on the experience of viewing this production at Barnabas Arts House.
The play explores the public response to the refugee crisis using physical theatre, improvisation, multi media & interviews from members of the public. It is performed by BTEC Performing Arts students from Leyton Sixth Form College and received critical acclaim after being selected for the prestigious ‘Nation Student Drama Festival’ sponsored by The Sunday Times.
There will be two performances of ‘No Human is Illegal’on Sunday 9 July at 12.30pm & 5.30pm.
