We are now aware of the science-based benefits of meditation such as: stress & anxiety reduction, improved emotional health, enhanced self-awareness, improved memory, sleep & attention span to mention but a few.

Mindfulness Meditation sessions are run at Barnabas Arts House every Wednesday evening at 7.30pm.

Suitable for beginners and practitioners alike. This is a drop-in session so you can choose when to come along and give yourself what you may later consider to be, the best gift of your life.
